Leisure Park Kallang (hereafter ‘Leisure Park’) is committed to protect the personal data that you disclose to us in accordance to the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (hereafter ‘PDPA’). This Privacy Notice sets out how Leisure Park collects, uses or discloses personal data that you have provided to us through our various platforms (hereafter ‘Platforms’), including but not limited to our Website, Mobile App, Membership Program, Facebook, Instagram, Contests and Competitions. By visiting and using our platforms, you are accepting and consenting to the collection, use and disclosure of personal data described in this Privacy Notice. If you do not agree with this Privacy Notice, please do not use our platforms. This Privacy Notice does not apply to other websites to which we link (“Third Party Website” or “Third Party Websites”).
Maintaining the privacy of our customers’ information is important to us. We do not disclose, rent or sell our customers’ personal data to third parties.

If you provide us with any Personal Data relating to a third party (for e.g. information about your spouse, children, parents), by submitting such information to us, you represent that you have obtained the consent of the third party to provide us with their Personal Data for the respective purposes.

We collect personal data primarily to provide and deliver to you, Leisure Park services, products and features that most likely meet your requests and needs. We may also use your personal data with other information that we have collected from your past and current activities on our platforms to: attend to your queries, troubleshoot technical problems, communicate with you our marketing campaigns, promotions, offers, products, services and updates, detect and protect against error, fraud and other criminal activity, identify problems and resolve disputes, and as otherwise described and informed to you at the time of collection.
You agree that we may use your personal data for the aforesaid purposes which are meant to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, analyse our platform content, usage and structure, and to improve our goods, services and offerings, and to provide you where possible, an efficient and safe customized experience when accessing and using our platforms.
Cookies are small pieces of information which are issued to your computer or mobile device when you visit our Website and online platforms or use a mobile application to store and track information about your use. We use this information to do internal research on our users’ demographics, interests, and behaviour to better understand, protect and serve you and our community.
