- Limited to 1 Insulated Lunch Bag redemption per shopper per day, while stocks last.
- Limited to a maximum of two (2) same-day combined receipts within the promotion period, per redemption.
- A Minimum Spending of $180 is required for any redemption comprising receipts of purchases from Sheng Siong Supermarket, HTCM Clinic, Education/ Enrichment/ Academy Centres and/or Mega Discount Store.
- Redemption is valid within 24 hours from the earlier purchase.
- Redemption Hours from 12pm – 8pm daily at Level 1 security booth.
- Original receipts must be presented at the point of redemption. All receipts can only be utilised once. Receipts that are stamped “redeemed” cannot be re-used.
- Credit card/NETS charge slip, handwritten, duplicate or re-print receipt(s) will not be accepted for redemption.
- Transactions made at top-up card machines, atrium sales, fairs and pushcarts and/or transactions relation to car park charges, purchases of gift vouchers/ memberships/ payment of bills are strictly EXCLUDED.
- Insulated Lunch Bags are issued on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
- Strictly no reservation or exchange of the redeemable items is allowed. Redeemable items may also not be exchanged for cash.
